ReNew Weekend - February 22-24

Romans 12:1-2 - 1 Therefore, brothers and sisters, in view of the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.

Many modern day Christians take for granted the powerful change that God develops in us through salvation. Just as the caterpillar is transformed into a butterfly, we too are completely remade through salvation. Our lives as believers in Jesus bring about “a marked change in appearance, character, condition and function.”

During our first ever ReNew Weekend, we will talk about this transformation and it’s affect on our lives as young men and young women. We will also discuss how we can continue to grow in our relationship with God in this ever changing culture that we find ourselves living in. 

We welcome special guests, Brian & Emily Jennings from First Baptist Church Woodstock, Ga, as they lead us in our teaching sessions throughout the weekend!
